What data do we collect and process

 If you are a customer, we need to collect and use information about you in the course of providing you services such as:

  • Booking adventure activities
  • Sale and delivery of goods
  • Product safety recalls
  • Dealing with returns and refunds
     

We collect customer data when you email us, use our online form, make an online bookng or place an order by phone.

We collect data to fulfil or contractual obligations with you. These include: name, address, email address, telephone number and emergency contact details. We do not collect or hold payment details.

We will pass on your personal data to logistics companies such as Royal Mail or Parcel Force to deliver items you have ordered. In some cases our warehouse may also arrange delivery directly with customers.

We hold your personal data are to ensure that the contractual arrangements between us can properly be implemented so that the relationship can run smoothly, and to comply with legal requirements.

How long we keep your personal data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. Booking forms and the data they contain are deleted when your activity has ended.  We retain the name and email address/phone number of the person that made the booking for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
 
By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. If we have not had meaningful contact with you for an additional four years, we will review your data and make efforts to determine if it is still relevant to our relationship. If it is not we will delete your personal data from our systems unless we believe in good faith that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it (for example, because of our obligations to tax authorities or in connection with any anticipated litigation).
